BANANA GRANOLA YOGHURT BOWL

Sometimes you're not at all in the mood to make a big breakfast, or you happen to be in a hurry, which might end up in deciding not to eat breakfast at all. However, why miss out on the best part of your morning and a great source of energy to push through the rest of your work- or schoolday? No need to shed any tears, this might be the ideal solution to skip any breakfast drama, ever. This recipe is a quick, healthy and easy way to start your day!

COOKING TIME: 5 minutes // SERVINGS: 1  // MEAL: BREAKFAST

INGREDIENTS

- 250g or half a pot plant based vanilla yoghurt
- 1 banana 
- 2 tbsp granola (or more if you fancy), find our recipe here
- handful of cashew nuts 

STEP-BY-STEP

1) Pour the yoghurt into a bowl as the base of your breakfast spread.
2) Slice the banana and cover half of the bowl with them.
3) Add the granola to the other half of the bowl and finish the deliciousness by adding some cashews.
